Welcome to Lima. Upon arrival, you will be assisted at Lima Airport and transferred to your hotel. You will have the morning free to rest.

Day 2: Lima
Enjoy a free morning at your leisure.
2:00 PM: Lima City Tour: Historic Center, Santo Domingo Convent, and Larco Museum
Approximate duration: 5 hours
Today we will explore the historical essence of Lima, preserved in its Historic Center, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We'll travel back to the colonial era while walking through its streets and plazas, admiring emblematic monuments like the Government Palace, Cathedral, and Archbishop's Palace. We'll have the opportunity to enter one of Lima's most iconic religious spaces, the Santo Domingo Convent, also a UNESCO site housing relics of three Peruvian saints: Santa Rosa de Lima, San Martín de Porres, and San Juan Macías. The tour concludes with a visit to the Rafael Larco Herrera Museum, featuring nearly 45,000 pre-Hispanic artifacts, particularly from the Mochica culture. The museum is notable for its open storage areas and virtual collection access. We'll admire its jewelry, textiles, and enigmatic erotic room dedicated to fertility-themed pottery.

Day 3: Lima - Arequipa
Transfer from your hotel to the airport for your flight to Arequipa. We recommend arriving before 11:30 am for your afternoon tour. Upon arrival, you'll be assisted at Arequipa Airport and transferred to your hotel.
Arequipa City Tour: Santa Catalina Monastery and Church of the Society of Jesus
Half-day tour
We'll explore Arequipa's heart and enjoy panoramic views from Yanahuara and Carmen Alto viewpoints, overlooking the city and countryside against the backdrop of Misti, Chachani, and Pichu Pichu volcanoes. We'll visit the historic Main Square, surrounded by white volcanic stone (sillar) buildings that give Arequipa its "White City" nickname, including the Cathedral with its Neorenaissance-Gothic style. We'll see the Church of the Society of Jesus and walk through colonial streets before ending at the magnificent Santa Catalina Monastery. We'll explore its colorful cloisters, plazas, and halls featuring Cusco School artworks.

Day 4: Arequipa - Colca
Arequipa to Colca Route
We'll depart through Yura, Aguada Blanca National Reserve, and Pampa Cañahuas, stopping at Patapampa before continuing to Chivay for lunch. The afternoon is free to enjoy hotel facilities or optionally visit La Calera hot springs. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 5: Colca - Puno
Condor's Cross Visit and Colca to Puno Route
We'll visit the Condor's Cross for breathtaking views of Colca Canyon and potential condor sightings. Then we'll travel through Pinchollo, Maca, and Chivay before enjoying lunch en route to Puno.

Day 6: Puno
6:45 AM: Lake Titicaca Tour: Uros and Taquile Islands
We'll visit Taquile Island, where the community maintains ancient traditions and colorful attire. The islanders are skilled artisans preserving ancestral techniques. Then we'll explore the floating Uros Islands, built from totora reeds, which serve as homes and trade centers for the native community.

Day 7: Puno - Cusco
6:30 AM: Puno to Cusco Route: La Raya, Racchi, and Andahuaylillas
Duration: 10 hours
We'll begin in Pucará, exploring its Inca past and cultural traditions. Then we'll stop at La Raya Pass (4,335 masl) for stunning Andean landscapes. Next, we'll visit the impressive Raqchi archaeological complex (Temple of Wiracocha) before concluding in Andahuaylillas at the Church of San Pedro Apóstol, known as the "Sistine Chapel of America" for its Baroque art.

Day 8: Cusco

1:00 PM: Half-day Tour: San Pedro Market, Korikancha Temple, Cathedral, Sacsayhuamán, Kenko
Approximate duration: 5 hours
This tour showcases Cusco's history and living culture. We'll visit the historic San Pedro Market, Korikancha (Temple of the Sun), the Cathedral built over Inca Huiracocha's palace, Sacsayhuamán fortress, and Kenko ceremonial site.

Day 9: Cusco - Sacred Valley
7:00 AM: Sacred Valley Essence: Chinchero, Textile Session, Moray, and Ollantaytambo
Approximate duration: 10 hours
We'll visit Chinchero to learn about traditional textiles at Parwa Cultural Center, see the archaeological complex, and view the Church of Our Lady of Monserrat. Then we'll explore Moray's circular terraces and Ollantaytambo's fortress and town.

Day 10: Sacred Valley - Machu Picchu
Recommendation: Due to train policies, luggage is limited to 5kg in a small backpack. Bring essentials like sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, and mosquito repellent.
5:50 AM: Machu Picchu Visit with Voyager Train Round Trip
Approximate duration: 17 hours
We'll travel by train to Aguas Calientes, then by bus to Machu Picchu. We'll explore the iconic ruins, learn about their history, and enjoy spectacular photo opportunities before returning to Aguas Calientes.

Day 11: Machu Picchu - Cusco
